Amber works on accounts and insurance claims. She says her interest in the dental industry dates back to high school: “I looked into the dental program because it was intriguing to me and wanted to learn more about the dental field because I knew very little about it.
Autumn is responsible for going over treatment plans, fees, and payment plans with patients, and also works on the preparation of complimentary benefit analysis of insurance coverage.
Devin acts as the practice receptionist, checking in patients and answering phones.
Kacey works closely with doctors and patients to ensure each patient gets the best treatment possible.
Linda makes it her goal to successfully oversee the daily management of the hygiene scheduling.
Maggie has a host of responsibilities, including daily management of the hygiene schedule.
Chandra stays busy each workday charting for hygiene patients, sterilizing all instruments, cleaning and setting up for the next appointments and “about 55 other things,”
Kenzi says her main responsibility is to educate patients on healthy oral habits and home care, and to help them maintain their optimum oral health by cleaning the teeth and getting rid of infection in the gum tissues.
Lisa is responsible for a myriad of tasks; she updates medical histories, takes x-rays, interviews patients, does oral cancer screenings, creates treatment plans.
Shaleigh says she always loved going to the dentist as a kid, and that the thought of improving people’s overall health and smiles through dentistry seemed very rewarding.
Stephanie is responsible for education patients on their state of oral health, appropriate at-home care, and the benefits of keeping their regularly scheduled appointments with the dentist.
Heather enjoys working with the kids receiving orthodontic treatment, because she gets to know each one well and watch their progress.
Leanne’s responsibilities include patient care and assisting the dentist. “I like helping people get a new smile and change the way they feel about getting dentistry,” she says.
Sandi says she always wanted to be a dental assistant as long as she can remember. “It fascinates me, she says. “I love getting know and helping our patients. It is my passion. I love it!”
Whitney is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice and working together with the team and doctors to provide the best dental care possible. “I am surrounded by an amazing group of professionals that are patient focused and dedicated!
