Visit started on time(my time is valuable to you), ALL staff professional and pleasant. Explained all that was planned and what outcome of the activity was, and when exam found some decay, adjusted schedule for doctors and got the thing dealt with right then after determining that I had time to stay longer if necessary. Staff on the front desk is also professional, thorough, and personable. I don’t know what more I might ask for or expect. Thanks!

Love the kind, caring staff at NHDC! Dr Kate knows how nervous I am about procedures other than regular cleanings and she is ALWAYS gentle and caring, taking her time with me and asking if I’m doing OK. Heather was very considerate with her earlobe massage while Dr Kate was administering the anesthesia. It really helped! I have been going to NHDC for 9 years now and although I still get nervous before a procedure, I couldn’t ask for better care. Everything goes off without a hitch. Excellent, professional care.

I experienced a good appointment. I was taken care of to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure I was going thru. Any questions I had was given an answer, I use to be scared and worried about going but I think I have found one I like and will stay there.

As usual the experience shows. I appreciate not only the quality work, but the information you share, because I want to know. I also appreciate your understanding, and the ability to let the patient decide what treatment/treatments we want. (Whether we want to take any suggested x-rays, if not mandatory for treatment, or the type of cleaning solution used) That all helps to make the experience more enjoyable.
